Orders & Payment
All orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay only when the product reaches you. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipping.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping Policy page and shown clearly at checkout before you place an order.
Returns & Cancellations
Our return and refund conditions are described on our Returns & Refunds page. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts.
Limitation of Liability
PakChina Store is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
